On September 15th, 2020, during ICT Spring, the 2019/2020 season of Pitch Your Startup came to an end. Descartes Underwriting won the competition and the €50,000 cash prize cross-categories offered by Docler Holding. Three pitch events took place from November 2019 to September 2020, with more than 320 applications from 8 categories.
The 5th consecutive edition of Pitch Your Startup took place during ICTSpring Europe on September 15th. Out of 8 finalists, an InsurTech startup won the grand prize of EUR 50,000 offered by Docler Holding. Descartes Underwriting, represented by Violaine Raybaud, Head of Business Development, convinced the jury with the best project and pitch of the contest.
The 2019/2020 edition of the “Pitch Your Startup” competition will come to an end next September 15th and will - as usual - take place during ICT Spring. Due to the current health situation, the event will be live-streamed globally in the frame of this year’s virtually revisited ICT Spring.
